Housekeeper - Cleaning Team

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping Team. This position plays a key role in ensuring every property meets Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals' standards of excellence. Our housekeepers embody our core values and take pride in creating warm, welcoming, and spotless homes for our guests and owners.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and spotless environment for guests and homeowners. 
  • Professionally clean and maintain vacation properties in accordance with company standards. 
  • Identify and report damages or maintenance needs by submitting detailed maintenance tickets. 
  • Respond to and complete touch-up cleans as needed. 
  • Replenish consumables such as soaps, toiletries, and paper products. 
  • Maintain and service hot tubs as assigned (training provided). 
  • Build and maintain positive, open communication with team members and management. 
  • Consistently meet established housekeeping performance metrics. 
  • Attend all required team meetings and training sessions. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

PERSONALITY, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Dependable and professional with a strong work ethic. 
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties as needed. 
  • Smartphone and personal email address are required for communication and scheduling. 
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Comfortable using technology, including apps and digital tools. 
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required. 
  • Physically able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift to 30 lbs. 
  • Must adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
