New Cabins Just Added to Our North Georgia Collection

We add new cabins to the Southern Comfort collection throughout the year — some newly built, some joining us from owners who wanted local management. This is where they show up first, before they've had a season of reviews and before most guests have found them.

Why Book a New Cabin

New cabins tend to have the most availability. A cabin that's been in our collection for five years books out months ahead for fall foliage and holiday weekends; one that joined us in March often still has those dates open. You get the same inspection, housekeeping and local support as every other cabin we manage — just less competition for the calendar.

What "Coming Soon" Means

Cabins marked coming soon are in final preparation — photography, inspection, furnishing and licensing. Their calendars stay blocked until everything is complete, usually within a few weeks. You can browse the listings now to see layouts, locations and amenities, and call us if you want to hold dates as soon as they open.
