With two miles of private manicured hiking trails, a dedicated pickleball court, a hot tub for eight, and a lower-level entertainment room featuring a retro arcade and wet bar, the property offers the perfect balance of activity and relaxation. Two gas fireplaces, expansive gathering spaces, and a large upper deck with outdoor dining and a 50" Smart TV create an ideal setting for families and groups looking to stay active by day and unwind together at night.

The entry-level living room serves as the main gathering space, featuring a gas fireplace, comfortable sectional seating, a 65" Smart TV, and direct deck access. Downstairs, the lower-level entertainment room provides a second place to gather with its own gas fireplace, oversized TV, retro arcade table, wet bar, and additional seating designed for game nights and relaxed evenings in.
