This comfortable three-level, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home in Chestnut Knoll offers views of Lake Sconti throughout. Conveniently located near the Big Canoe Lodge, Clubhouse, and Black Bear Pub, it’s just a six-minute drive from the main gate. Unique features include proximity to amenities, three distinct levels for multiple families, a fire pit table on the main level screened porch, and a recreation room for both kids and adults.

Enter from the driveway into a large open-plan living space with walls of large windows, a cozy stacked stone fireplace, and comfortable seating. The modern dining table seats eight. The well-appointed kitchen allows chefs to enjoy views while cooking. Off the primary bedroom and living room is a screened porch with a firepit, sitting area, and grill, perfect for taking in the view.

Beds & Bathrooms
The primary bedroom on the main level has a king bed and an attached bathroom. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with two twins) share a Jack and Jill bathroom and a private relaxation area. The lower level features another bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom. A second living room nearby offers lake views, a game area, a TV, and group seating perfect for game night.

Welcome to our serene, three-level mountain cabin, where the spectacular lake views never fail to take our breath away. We designed this home to perfectly balance privacy and togetherness, offering distinct spaces across three levels while maintaining a deeply cozy atmosphere throughout.

You can gather inside around our classic woodburning fireplace, or unwind on the screened porch beside the ambient fire table. Below, our second deck features a cozy porch swing—our favorite spot for soaking in the quiet serenity. The lower level boasts a second den functioning as a vibrant rec room, complete with Pac-Man and a shuffleboard table to delight kids and adults alike! Fully equipped and comfortable, our peaceful retreat delivers the perfect blend of fun, privacy, and scenic beauty.
