The entry level sets the tone with warm wood finishes, creative textures, and spaces designed for gathering. The dining room seats six comfortably and opens directly to the wraparound deck, making meals feel like an experience rather than a routine. The living room is cozy and inviting, featuring a wood-burning fireplace, plush seating, and deck access, perfect for slow mornings or evenings spent unwinding together. The fully equipped kitchen blends rustic character with modern convenience and includes a Keurig for easy mornings. A queen bedroom with deck access and a shared full bathroom complete this level, offering comfort and accessibility without sacrificing charm.

Upstairs is where the magic truly begins. The loft features a custom-built window seat filled with books, an irresistible reading nook for kids and adults alike, along with twin-over-twin bunks designed with soft night lighting and a built-in photo cutout that’s destined to become a favorite memory spot. The king bedroom suite is a private retreat of its own, complete with a coffee bar, mini fridge, electric fireplace, custom barn-door closet, and a spa-inspired bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and farmhouse-style vanity. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy fresh mountain air, string lights, and peaceful wooded views.

The lower level is designed for fun, creativity, and connection. This entertainment space features a pool table, foosball, streaming TV, board games, cards, and a wet bar with seating. A dedicated children’s play area makes this level just as exciting for younger guests, while adults will love the cozy pub-style atmosphere. A shared full bathroom with a custom whiskey barrel vanity adds yet another layer of personality and craftsmanship.

Please read our rental policy for our pet friendly homes, our dog friendly policy allows for up to (2) dogs in designated properties with a fee of $150.00 plus tax per dog. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests (including the furry ones), please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your dogs. Keep in mind, some homes have size or weight restrictions, and for their safety, dogs should be crated when alone. While we may provide crates in certain properties, bringing your own is recommended. Always pick up after your pets to avoid additional fees, and rest assured, should any mishaps occur, we kindly ask for your cooperation in covering any damages. Bringing an unauthorized dog, or exceeding the limit without owner permission, incurs a $300.00 fine, plus potential extra cleaning fees up to $200.00 for non-designated homes.
