Set on over seven private acres, Golden Acres offers a peaceful North Georgia cabin retreat with room to relax, play, and enjoy the outdoors.

Inside, the entry level features a comfortable living room with sofa seating, an accent chair, gas fireplace, streaming TV, and deck access. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar for two and opens to the dining area with seating for six, making it easy to gather for meals or casual evenings in. Also on this level is a king bedroom with deck access and a shared Jack-and-Jill full bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and overhead heater.

The upper level includes a loft with a workspace and futon seating, along with the primary king bedroom suite. This bedroom offers private balcony access, a streaming TV, dresser and closet, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and overhead heater.

Downstairs, the lower-level entertainment room is designed for fun and downtime with a pool table, dart board, streaming TV, wine fridge, popcorn maker, custom chess table, board games, and plenty of seating. A bunk room with multiple sleeping options and a shared full bathroom complete this level.

Outdoor spaces include a main-level deck with dining for ten, rockers, a gas grill, and glider bench seating. The lower-level deck features a hot tub and an outdoor dining table, while the upper-level balcony provides a quiet spot with Adirondack chairs. The grounds offer over seven acres to explore, a large fenced-in backyard, a stone firepit with Adirondack chairs, and a gravel driveway that can park up to 6 vehicles.

Please read our rental policy for our pet friendly homes, our dog friendly policy allows for up to (2) dogs in designated properties with a fee of $150.00 plus tax per dog. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests (including the furry ones), please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your dogs. Keep in mind, some homes have size or weight restrictions, and for their safety, dogs should be crated when alone. While we may provide crates in certain properties, bringing your own is recommended. Always pick up after your pets to avoid additional fees, and rest assured, should any mishaps occur, we kindly ask for your cooperation in covering any damages. Bringing an unauthorized dog, or exceeding the limit without owner permission, incurs a $300.00 fine, plus potential extra cleaning fees up to $200.00 for non-designated homes.
