The primary king bedroom suite is a luxurious haven, complete with a dresser, TV, coffee station, and a private balcony. The private bathroom boasts a shower/tub combo and ample closet space.

The common area/den features another 65” TV, a sectional that seats five to six, and a plush ottoman, creating a perfect spot for movie nights or board games. This level also includes a guest king bedroom with terrace access, a guest bedroom with built-in full-over-full bunk beds, and a shared full bathroom with a tile shower.

The entry-level rear deck features a gas grill and covered outdoor seating for eight, with external stairs leading down to the terrace level and fire pit.
