A Mornings Mist - Romantic Cabin with Hot Tub

We have stayed here twice now, it is very well Appointed, clean, spacious and private. We love it! Very well appointed, has everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. Clean, large, comfortable beds! Yes, we spoke to Tiffany years because we had to leave 3 days early because of ice storm and were offered credit for those days!

This cabin is well stocked, and you can tell the owners keep everything updated. The decks were recently stained, and a porch swing was added to the front porch which was a nice surprise because this was not advertised on the website. The inside was very clean as well. (I would have put the swing on the deck off the living room so you are able to sit and enjoy the view but that is a personal preference.) Holly was very friendly and helped me book my stay for our anniversary. She went above and beyond to help explain the location of the cabin and things to do in the area.(there is a new winery within 10 minutes of the cabin) When we checked in we couldn't get the grill to work and holly was able to walk us through how to get this working to be able to grill out steaks. she saved our dinner!

Representatives from Southern Comfort Cabins sent emails, called, and were available throughout my stay. The guidelines and directions for my stay were very explicit. The communication was excellent. The cabin was beautiful, spacious, and clean. There were specific instructions for contacting Southern Comfort Cabin rentals, and for the use of the lights and the hot tub. There was even a book where others had stayed there and shared their experiences. I could tell that a lot of detail went into preparing the cabin for visitors. The mountain view from the cabin was beautiful! That is what I loved the most. The natural light in the cabin was wonderful. I also liked the furnishings.

This was a very good price with the extra night deal. It was very clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. It was a very easy process booking it. No complaints at all. The cabin was in a great location and was pretty private. We loved our cabin.

Would've liked it better if it were located on the upper deck. Also need some more comfortable, lounging seating on upper deck

Morning Mist is an excellent getaway! Relaxing and the best view! Perfect if you are looking to relax! The view by far! The cabin is very spacious as well. Also the wildlife, got to watch several whitetail deer everyday.

The property exceeded my expectations. The views were breathtaking, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. As soon as I walked in the front door of the cabin, it felt like home. It was simply but beautifully furnished, with homey touches such as throw blankets on the couch. All the furniture was comfortable and clean. I loved the rainfall showerhead in the master suite! There were even games and jigsaw puzzles provided. The fireplace was a definite plus. I enjoyed sitting on the deck with my coffee watching the sun rise. I definitely plan to book this same cabin for a longer visit next time.

This property is amazing! I can't get over my first time walking through the doors. Everything was clean. It was decorated well. The breathtaking view is front and center when you step in. I've never played shuffleboard before so it was fun learning and going to soak in the hot tub. I'm definitely ready for my next SCCR Blue Ridge experience!

Its location is perfect—just minutes from downtown Blue Ridge—yet still peaceful and private. We’ve stayed in several cabins throughout Blue Ridge and North Carolina, and this one is by far our favorite. A big thank-you to Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals for managing the property so well. The cabin was spotless and beautifully maintained, and their thoughtful check-in during our stay to ensure we were enjoying ourselves was a great touch.
