Grand Bluff Retreat - Luxury Mountain Cabin Rental

I can't tell you the team members name (my husband talked to her and didn't tell me her name) but she was very helpful. On our last day there we were all ready to go out for the day and went to start our truck and it would not start. We called your office for any recommendation for someone to call and she made a few calls and called us back with in a few minutes with a name. Unfortunately that company was to busy to come and we found another tow company who came with in 45 mins. In case anyone else needs a tow company Car Crafters Towing & Recovery. The driver went above and beyond for us. As we had to tow our truck to the ford dealer and leave it and there was no car rentals anywhere. He actually got his wife to pick us up and take us back to the cabin. Also the day we arrived we got there about an hour early and we called your office and the cabin was ready and they fix the lock so we could go in. Your team did a great job and we will definitely use Southern Comfort again. We couldn't get the main level gas fireplace to work. However, with that being said we didn't call for assistance either and I am sure that Southern Comfort would have helped. We just used the downstairs instead. The arcade machine didn't work, but we played pool and air hockey instead. We really didn't use the kitchen, but everything was there if we needed it. The cabin was overall clean but did need a dusting (I think that is because it had not been used lately) and lady bugs took over the upstairs bathroom not sure how they kept coming in. We understand that sometimes the lady bugs will find their way in might want to check because there was a large amount. All in all, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

The cabin had a lot of space, and we loved the outside deck with seating and a view. The cabin was so roomy and relaxing. It was a great gateway with family. The deck with a view was the best part. We enjoyed our time outside watching football and spending time with the grand babies. Need more silverware and a broom. The cabin was clean a little dusty but I’m sure that was from not being used a lot. All was good.

The quiet seclusion this cabin offers, is what we love with no other cabin beside or behind this one. The fun activities to do here in the garage, the pool table, and hot tub. The TV has more to offer as well. Southern Comfort worked with us in trying to decide back and forth which cabin we wanted. They sent us reminders on when our payment was due because we had forgot by the 2nd payment. The supplies are appreciated and the kindness of them checking on us when we arrive too. The unobstructed view from any of the multiple balconies of the Smoky Mountains are absolutely breathtaking, and worth the stay alone.. The house (and additional loft in the garage) have every amenity you could ask for. This was the perfect Getaway.

This is my third time booking a cabin through Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals and every time you’ve been very accommodating. The customer service is superb! I would definitely recommend using this company to friend and already have. It’s been a great experience every time. I had interaction with Holly, Kim, Chase, Tiffany, Bobby. All mentioned were super great and helpful. All very patience and understanding. I would added rocking chairs to the front porch and back porches to enjoy the views.

Grand Bluff is an incredible getaway retreat. It is so beautiful. The view is unparalleled. The cabin is stunning. The 2 story game room is so much fun. Each time of the day you will find the mountains look different and special. So happy we chose Grand Bluff. It was an amazing vacation. We were so sad to leave.
