This is the 3rd time we have booked through Southern Comfort, and each time has been a positive process.The location is pretty. The cabin accommodations were way more than we require but would comfortably sleep 9 in beds. There's plenty of indoor games downstairs, if weather were to keep you indoors.

Since 2015 we have never been disappointed by the customer service, the cleanliness of the cabins or the communication between us and the staff. We have had this cabin twice. The first time in 2021 and the last visit. It has more than enough space, the location is great. The views are long range, and it is so quiet. The wildlife has always seemed to show up. I cannot remember the name, but I called a couple of days before we were to arrive to get the cabin decorated for my wife’s birthday and she made it easy to accommodate since I didn’t make the request on the original reservation.

Our family has the BEST week at you cabin. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee on the porch and taking our dog on walks. The kids loved playing in the lake all day. The sounds of the birds would put the parents to sleep on the front porch for a mid day nap, mostly mom! We took Old Dial Road to a few hikes, swinging bridge, Helton Creek Falls, and National State Parks. We could get lost in all the beauty of the country roads. We created lifelong memories at the lake house and we can\'t wait to come back next year!! Happy 10th Anniversary to Us!! Thank you!! Relax, Eat, Swim, Repeat!!!

We have stayed in Mountain Tops in the past but prefer South Toccoa Estates. This is a gated community on the Toccoa river, but you are still in mountain and can enjoy both.

The reservation experience was efficient. The Cabin was nice, clean, and stocked with a few essentials, i.e. dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, dishwashing liquid, and sponge. The reason for only 4 stars is due to the fact that we had to call for the gate code to get into the property.
