We had a great long-weekend stay in beautiful Blue Ridge! The cabin sits atop a mountain with fantastic views of the surrounding area. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor seating on both floors overlooking the surrounding area. Other highlights included the hot tub, comfortable beds, and fire pit. We cooked most of our food at the cabin which was easy with the big, well-stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. Overall, we had an amazing time with friends which was enabled by this beautiful house! We would highly recommend it to other groups looking for a standout trip to the mountains.

Highly recommend this stay. Great proximity to small towns, white water rafting, ziplining, hiking, orchards, wineries, and more. Still tucked away with a great view for hanging at the cabin. Well kept and a worth while visit

We had an amazing experience at the cabin. The entire family had fun. What an amazing place for a family to unwind together and enjoy nature. The cabin was better than what the pictures showed. I was blown away when I walked in. The views were breathtaking!

It was absolutely all we had hoped for and matched the description of the listing. Our Family had a great Christmas here and was very comfortable. The accomodations were 5 star, beds, bathrooms and kitchen etc. All communication with Page was great from the reminder emails to the little bit of direct communication I needed to do. Visiting the Blue Ridge town was a great treat as well which is only 5 mins from the lodge! Would defintely consider staying again.

We had the best time at Lookout Lodge. Everything was clean. The views were amazing. S’mores by the fire, relaxing in the rocking chairs on the porch, and enjoying the hot tub in the chilly evening — it all was wonderful. The cabin was spotless and very close to the town of Blue Ridge which was fun to explore. Would highly recommend!

Spring Break with friends and family. We came from the north and the south to spend time together for fun and relaxation. The Century View Lodge offered us everything we needed, comfortable beds, amazing views, lovely amenities, and a kitchen capable of cooking meals for 14 adults and 2 dogs. The location was perfect! Close to downtown Blue Ridge with all it has to offer. It was a sad day when we had to leave this beautiful home.

This place was absolutely amazing. The views were fantastic and the overall peace was priceless. Highly recommend this place It’s close to town, mercier orchards, and bear claw vineyards. Highly recommend checking out the orchard. Everything we ate there was amazing.

Our family and friends stayed at this peaceful retreat this fall. First impressions were of the stunning views and ample opportunities to take them in from both the indoors and out of doors! A rare component of this mountain retreat was a grassy space perfect for active kids and games! The furniture and beds were comfortable with plenty of different spaces for people to find quiet moments. The kitchen was stocked with quality cookware and supplies- rare for rentals I’ve found! Adorable town and parks found nearby. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely!

There were plenty of amenities to keep us entertained while we were there and plenty to do if we wanted to go into town! Everything was clean, easily accessible, and we really enjoyed our visit!

This was an incredibly beautiful cabin with all the amenities you could possibly need or want. And the views were breathtaking (especially in the morning!). It was the perfect place for multiple families with lots of little kids. Beautiful rooms, super comfortable beds, fireplaces, bunk bed room with a tv for the kids, and plenty of space outdoors for them to roam safely. We loved how private and remote it felt but it was also just a few minutes away from downtown Blue Ridge. Would definitely recommend it!

The cabin is beautiful, clean, and offers amazing views. We were treated to an incredible lightning storm during our stay, and watching the flashes over the foothills was spectacular. The kitchen is fully stocked, but bring essentials like salt, pepper, and extra trash bags. The fridge has ample space for a week\'s groceries. There’s an ice maker in the freezer, but I’d suggest bringing extra ice as it takes time to fill. The dining area comfortably seats eight. The cabin is well-constructed and quiet, unlike those cardboard-cabins up in Gatlinburg. Thoughtful touches include basket swings, swing bed, a rustic tin ceiling, and an antique guest register. The beds are very comfortable, and even bathrobes are provided for added luxury. Nice washer and dryer that was very quiet for the benefit of the downstairs bedrooms. We enjoyed a cozy fire in the outdoor fireplace and while we didn’t use it, the gas grill looks brand new and high quality. The location is perfect, just minutes from Blue Ridge and other activities. Areas for Improvement: We spent about 30 minutes figuring out the ceiling fans and TV remotes, which were a bit confusing. A manual for operating these would be helpful. The gravel road leading to the cabin is rough in some areas, which might challenge smaller cars, especially with a low wheelbase, but it improves further up. My wife’s Mazda CXS-5 handled it but rattled the fillings in my teeth. LOL. Overall, the cabin is spacious, full of nice upgrades, and very clean. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely stay again. The Southern Comfort staff, Gracie and Holly, were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The views here are incredible. We mostly enjoyed staying at the cabin - making a fire in both the outdoor fire pit and outdoor fireplace, kids having space to run in the backyard, the hot tub. I really appreciate being able to cook and not eat out on vacation and the kitchen being center to the main living space made that enjoyable. The town of blue ridge is a short drive away and really cute- don’t miss Hucks general store if you have younger kids. Speaking of kids, the two bunks tucked into the sliding door are every kids dream. The bedding on every bed was the same and so comfortable! Absolutely recommend staying here.
