Blue Ridge St. Patrick’s Day Parade Event

Blue Ridge St. Patrick’s Day Parade

  • Location: Downtown Blue Ridge, GA

Event Highlights:

  • Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in downtown Blue Ridge with Irish spirit, colorful floats, festive costumes, and lots of green throughout the parade route.

  • The parade travels through East Main Street down into Mountain Street and up West Main Street, circling back toward the starting point — great for spectators anywhere along the route.

  • Participants are welcome — you can walk, bring a float, or join the fun without pre-registration. Line up before the start near First Baptist Church of Blue Ridge just before 11:00 AM.

  • Watchers are encouraged to wear festive green attire — hats, beads, shamrocks, face paint, even kilts — to turn downtown into a sea of emerald.

  • After the parade, many attendees continue the celebration around town — including local pubs, breweries with green beer, Irish-themed food specials, and shops decorated for the holiday.
