Her work spans digital marketing, content development, campaigns, and cross-functional coordination. Using a structured, Agile-informed approach, Kat helps manage projects from concept to completion while supporting internal teams with organized workflows and clear communication. Focused on both execution and experience, she is committed to delivering marketing efforts that support growth, strengthen brand trust, and enhance the overall guest and homeowner experience.

When she’s not working, Kat enjoys spending time in the North Georgia mountains, making the most of the outdoors, and creating memories with her son—whether that’s exploring new spots, relaxing by the water, or simply enjoying mountain life.
