Jenna Waters serves as Controller for Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals, bringing nearly a decade of experience in customer service, financial management, and business operations. Her career began at a local adventure ranch, where she advanced from Customer Service Representative to Assistant to the Owner, managing guest relations, daily operations, and bookkeeping responsibilities. After joining Southern Comfort as an intern in 2021, Jenna continued to grow alongside the company and now plays a key role in supporting its financial operations. Today, she oversees accounting operations, works closely with the company's CPA, and helps ensure Southern Comfort delivers exceptional service and trusted support to guests, homeowners, and fellow team members.
