CJ Stam III is the Managing Partner of Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals and the visionary behind where the company is headed. He brings more than 30 years in hospitality and 20 years in vacation rentals to the role, with hands-on experience across hotels, real estate investing, cabin ownership, property management, and purpose-built short-term rental development. Since acquiring the company in 2009, CJ has focused on vision, growth, and the standards that define the guest and homeowner experience, building a leadership team that carries that work forward. He is a founding member of the Blue Ridge Lodging Association, a founding committee member of the Blue Ridge Blues & BBQ Festival, and a member of the Vacation Rental Management Association.
