Once you step foot into this phenomenal cabin, you won't want to leave! From awe inspiring views on all levels to the redolent smell of fresh wood, this will surely be a family favorite for years to come! This newly built cabin is waiting with open arms to embrace your family and friends for a memorable journey in the North Georgia Mountains.

As soon as you walk in the front door, you are immediately greeted by a sprawling open concept cabin with large windows for impeccable views throughout the home. To your right, you will find a large kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, a gas range/stove, and plentiful room to bake, or cook, your way into your guests hearts. The 10 foot counter with 4 stools offers kitchen guest to be entertained nearby while the chef is busy at work. Of course, coffee is important start to most peoples day, so you can rest assured that the state of the art Keurig will take care of your coffee concerns! There are enough untensils, dishes, pots & pans, ect, to provide the cabin at full capacity of 9 people. The dining room table is just outside of the kitchen, with seating for 6.

The living room is popcorn throwing distance from the kitchen, where you will invited to have a seat on the cushiony couches and cozy up by the fire below the 65" TV with ETC cable and soundbar. There is also a half bath for your convenience just outside of the living room and kitchen areas. You will also have easy accessibility to the awesome outdoor deck from the living area, overlooking the gorgeous mountain views this cabin offers.

The master bedroom is also on the main level, boasting a gas log fireplace and a 55" TV. Lay down for the night on the heavenly king bed and cuddle up to the fire! The master bedroom bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a jetted tub, double vanity, and a huge walk-in closet with a washer and dryer for your convenience. But wait, there's more! Enjoy the early morning sunrise with a cup of coffee with the private entrance to the main level deck. Better call dibs early!

Get ready to enjoy the 180 degree astounding mountain view on the main level deck! A 75" TV over a wood burning fire place awaits along with an outdoor dining table that seats 6, and a smaller dining table overlooking the view with seating for 3. Seating is not an problem, with many different wicker furniture sets to choose from.

Upstairs is where you will find a very unique feature that will surely impress! Get ready to have your breathe taken away as you take the cat walk to the highest point this cabin offers. Step out on to the balcony and feel free as a bird as you gaze out over miles and miles of the Appalachian Mountains, soaking in all of its glory! The common area has plentiful seating for coversation and coffee or use the provided workspace to catch up on some work while away. The upstairs is also home to the second bedroom featuring a king sized bed as well as a twin bunk bed. This room also has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a couch for lounging on while watching TV on the 55" cable TV. There is also an exclusive entrance to the balcony in this room as well!

The lower level of Privacy Peak is where all the fun is! Rack em' up for a game of billiards or try your hand at the ever challenging shuffleboard! The luxury continues with a top of the line poker table near the gas log fireplace. Watch the big game on the 65" HD TV while making a drink at the wet bar! The wet bar has a mini fridge and sink for your convenience.There is also a half bath in the common area. You'll find the 3rd and final bedroom on this level inviting you in with another lavish kind bed, 55" TV, access to walk out patio, and a private bathroom with a walk in shower and large walk in closet. For your convenience, there is another pair of washer and dryer as well.

The garage has been converted to an area great for the kids to play. With a queen over queen bunk, seating and games!

As with the other decks and balcony's, there is plenty of comfy seating on the lower level patio as well. Don't forget the bathing suits as everyone will want to take a dip in the brand new hot tub under a 55" TV! The outdoor entertainment continues with the covered gazebo with fire table or roast some marshmellows over the wood burning fire pit that will be available to you as well.
