Woodsong is a beautiful mountain retreat located in an established upscale paved road community. Outside there is pristine landscaping, paved drive and gentle terrain surround you. A very unique feature to Woodsong is that you have your own hiking trail to a private stream. Enjoy the mountain view from the covered screened party porch with a fireplace and two levels of covered decks!
Inside you'll find an elegant mix of tongue-n-groove and rough sawn wood, hardwood & tile floors throughout. The main level offers great room with plenty of windows for natural lighting, a stone gas log fireplace and cathedral ceiling. The spacious kitchen with plenty of counterspace, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a gas range. The dining table seats eight comfortably and rounds out the open concept living.
There are three bedrooms including one king on main level, one bunk room with a twin/twin bunkbed, a daybed with trundle and a queen bedroom downstairs with two full bathrooms. You will find a king suite with double vanity and custom tile shower oasis. As you start your day, enjoy the private screened in porch with your morning coffee.
Down to the lower level you'll find 2 bedrooms and an open living space to to get your game on. As you enjoy a round of cards or shuffleboard, grab your favorite beverage from the wet bar located in the living space.
Woodsong offers a great location within minutes of Downtown Blue Ridge, Lake Blue Ridge, Toccoa River, and hiking and mountain biking and even a short drive to Harrah’s Casino in Murphy, NC. Please read our rental policy for our pet friendly homes, our dog friendly policy allows for up to (2) dogs in designated properties with a fee of $150.00 plus tax per dog. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests (including the furry ones), please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your dogs. Keep in mind, some homes have size or weight restrictions, and for their safety, dogs should be crated when alone. While we may provide crates in certain properties, bringing your own is recommended. Always pick up after your pets to avoid additional fees, and rest assured, should any mishaps occur, we kindly ask for your cooperation in covering any damages. Bringing an unauthorized dog, or exceeding the limit without owner permission, incurs a $300.00 fine, plus potential extra cleaning fees up to $200.00 for non-designated homes.
