The home is professionally decorated both inside and out and is well-appointed for all the comforts needed for your mountain getaway. The outdoor views are divinely decorated for the season of your stay.

As you set foot upon Eagle Ridge, you are greeted by uninterrupted mountain vista views of the Aska Adventure Area and longer views as far as North Carolina. Indoors, the main living room provides multiple seating areas to unwind near a stone laid gas fireplace including a 65” TV above. Our fully-equipped kitchen accommodates large family feasts with the main dining table seating 8, the kitchen island seating 4 and extra bar stool seating 3, all with mountain views. These same views can be found downstairs which includes a wet bar with a beverage/wine cooler, a pellet ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of barware. You will also find a pool table, shuffleboard table, board games, puzzles and a 65” TV above another stone laid gas fireplace.

The entry-level wrap around deck is a picturesque setting for sharing meals and time in the raw outdoors. The front portion of the deck includes a dining table for 10 and a couple cozy chairs with ottomans to sip on your favorite beverage soaking in the views. Or you can just chill by the wood burning fireplace in the screen porch section of the deck also with a 65” TV and plenty of comfortable seating with views. For convenience there is a firewood rack and a gas grill just outside the screen porch.

As you exit downstairs, you will find a unique outdoor space that is both flat and private which can be hard to find. Since the home is the last house on the street the outdoor space provides nothing but trees and views with privacy for relaxing. Outside, you will find a Big Green Egg for charcoal grilling or smoking, a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs, a swinging bed, an outdoor dining table seating 4, and a 6-person hot tub, plus a few outdoor games for entertainment.

Eagle Ridge is located right in the middle of the Aska Adventure area 18-minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. There are several roadside river access points nearby for fly fishing, kayaking or just enjoying the Toccoa River. There are a couple tubing companies as well as the Iron Bridge Café & General Store for essentials and the Toccoa Riverside Restaurant all within a few minutes. The location is a great pivot point for hiking and waterfall seekers, plus excursions to Ellijay, Dahlonega, Blairsville or Lake Blue Ridge all with scenic drives.
