Welcome! You have found a beautiful newly built 4-bedroom cabin destination with brand new furnishings inside and out. Conveniently located near popular attractions such as Fall Branch Falls, Toccoa Valley Campground Tubing, Toccoa Riverside Restaurant, Toccoa River Sandy Bottoms Recreation Area, and Rich Mountain Summit.

As you walk through the front door into an open floor plan, your eyes are immediately drawn to the large windows and the mountain views beyond.

As you are drawn to this view, you will see a lovely kitchen to your left with granite counter tops and island that seats 4. Stainless steel appliances and the 6-burner stove will tempt you to cook and bake all day long. The dining area that seats 8 will have your family waiting in anticipation of your fine cuisine. The comfortable living room has seating for 5 in front of the gas stone fireplace, 50” TV and deck access.

The entry level contains a master bedroom with king-size bed, deck access, closet, private bath with shower and double vanity. Another bedroom with Queen-size bed, closet and deck access can be found on the opposite side. The entry level also has a shared full bathroom and laundry room.

The lower-level has a living room that contains a gas stone fireplace, 50” TV, sectional seating 4-5, shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo, wet bar, shuffleboard and dining table seating 4 for those card players in your family. Here you will find two bedrooms; one queen-size bed the other a king-size bed. The King-size bedroom has a closet and private bathroom with shower.

Pull up the chairs and rockers while you cook up something tasty on the gas grill, all the while retelling that story of the one that got away. As you get up from your meal around the unique outdoor live edge dining table, saunter over to the gas stone fireplace where you can enjoy the coziness of sectional seating while you relax with that late evening drink. The lower-level deck currently has 4 chairs and a table.

Round out your late night while sitting by the fire pit roasting marsh mellows and each other. The only thing left to do is “Aska Favor” of some friends and family to join you for a fun time in the Blue Ridge Mountains!
