Located about 15 minutes from Blue Ridge in beautiful Cashes Valley, Tuckaway Cave is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront cabin rental with unbeatable end-of-the-road privacy. Guests have easy access to the Benton MacKaye Trail and a stunning waterfall, just a short walk away from the cabin.
This vacation rental in Blue Ridge gets its name from a unique feature found on its grounds – a small cave where you can actually start a fire and enjoy the sounds of nature around you. Great spot for the kids to explore!
While the beauty of nature surrounds Tuckaway Cave, inside, you will find plenty of familiar amenities to make your stay more comfortable. Take your pick from one of two bedrooms -- a king bed in the upper level, or a queen bed on the main level.
The fully equipped kitchen has updated appliances, including a gas range, oven, refrigerator r, dishwasher, and a gorgeous copper farm sink.
Stream Hulu Live on the flat-screen TV in the living room while the kids curl up around the wood-burning fireplace. Share a delicious meal with your guests around the dining room table, with enough room for four. After dinner, soak your worries away in the four-person hot tub located on the main level deck overlooking the creek.
Outside, you will find another porch with a glider, table, and four chairs. Reconvene with nature under the hot tub deck for more seating options, where you can watch the grandkids splash the day away. On the other side of Tuckaway Cave, discover an oak bench that is tailor-made for reading, relaxing, or simply watching the water as it rushes over large boulders.
When it’s time to get some shut-eye, open the windows and let the sounds of Fightingtown Creek lull you off to sleep. Life doesn’t get much better than this!
