Eagle Ridge - Luxury Scenic Mountain Cabin Rental

I've rented from Southern Comfort several times and each time I've had pleasant experiences. They are very accommodating and easy to do business with. Eagle Ridge is a beautiful property. We really enjoyed staying there.

We loved this cabin. It comfortably fit our group of 6. The extra furnished amenities like the fan and steamer were appreciated. Plenty of kitchen items to prepare and store food. Lots of comfortable furnishings with room for everyone. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and furnished with care. Loved this cabin, it had wonderful views with several places to comfortably sit and enjoy. There was nothing missing.

Perfect cabin for our family with 3 children! Adequate space, perfect activities/games for the kids, not too far from downtown Blueridge, but far enough to enjoy nature and a quiet environment! Would stay at this cabin again in a heartbeat!! Contacted guest services due to trash receptacles being full. Within 20 minutes, someone was there removing the trash.

It shows in the services they provide and the way their properties in their program are so well cared for. Prompt, friendly and professional staff! Website is easy to use, and payment process couldn't have been any better or easier. Cabins are always clean, and in tip top shape. Our recent vacation in Blue Ridge exceeded all expectations. Eagle Ridge is an exceptional cabin — elegant, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully designed. Every element, from the tasteful furnishings and inviting décor to the exceptionally comfortable beds, reflects an impressive attention to detail. The mountain views are simply spectacular and provided the perfect backdrop for a truly relaxing getaway. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the cabin in immaculate condition. Samantha, the housekeeper, clearly takes great pride in her work and maintains the home to the highest standard. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to Holly and the entire team at Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals. Their warm hospitality and excellent recommendations enhanced every aspect of our stay. This cabin was amazing! The indoor decor was beautiful. We really enjoyed all of the outdoor amenities, and the cabin was exceptionally clean when we arrived! Would be nice to have some plastic or wooden spoons so metal spoons don’t have to be used with non-stick pots and pans. Everything else was well-stocked and we had more than enough for our stay.

We have stayed at Eagle Ridge cabin for the past two years. The cabin is well appointed with amenities, and the beds are very comfortable. The mountain views are beautiful. Tiffany has always been very friendly, responsive and helpful in addressing customer needs. While we did enjoy our second stay at Eagle Ridge, we did find that maintenance had declined in several areas. For example, two of the four electronic shades in the LR did not operate at all. There is a problem with the GFI circuitry in the kitchen which prevented the toasters from working even though the circuit breakers in the electrical box had not switched off. Both of these problems were reported to management. Two of the bulbs in the DR light fixture were burned out and the light at the bottom of the stairs leading to the lower level was so faint it did not light the stairs. This is a potential hazard. There was food underneath the cushions in the LR.The porch furniture cushions and carpet had many stains.

Eagle Ridge isn’t just a cabin. It’s a lifestyle, a dream, a spiritual awakening… and also, conveniently, a place with really nice towels. As someone who works for the company that hosts this beautiful slice of heaven in Blue Ridge, I decided to treat myself to a stay. And let me tell you, I chose wisely—because I chose me. That’s right. I, Ethan, personally ensured this stay was nothing short of legendary. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by that rustic-yet-refined charm that only a professionally managed cabin (by yours truly) can provide. The view? Panoramic. The hot tub? Therapeutic. The overall vibe? Ethan-approved™. Highlights include: Making s’mores under the stars like a woodland Gordon Ramsay. 🔥 Yelling “Eagle!” every time I saw a bird, which was both majestic and mildly confusing to the squirrels. Sitting by the fire pit and pondering life’s great questions, like, “Am I the best cabin guest this place has ever seen?” (Yes. Yes, I am.) Honestly, the only downside was having to leave. But don’t worry—I left the cabin in better shape than I found it. Why? Because that’s just the kind of guest/host/handsome legend I am. If you're thinking about staying at Eagle Ridge, do it. And if you’re lucky, maybe some of the Ethan energy is still lingering in the air. You're welcome.
