Blue Jay Cabin - Family Cabin Rental in Blue Ridge

This was the perfect location!! In the mountains with all the views, but right near town also.

The cabin was perfect for our family of 10! And a definite PLUS was that it was all decorated for the holidays! The shower head in the main level bathroom had a leak on it when you turned it on.

Had to go buy gas for the grill. Place could use a really good thorough cleaning, esp. under all of the furniture and beds. (Don’t ask how we know this). One bathroom was not cleaned from previous rental. On the good side, excellent location, beautiful cabin, plenty of room, great views. Will def consider again. For the owner, main level shower could be updated. Cabin is amazing!

Great cabin. Beds were too high on the main level. They were difficult for the elderly parents to get in. Cabin was great view was amazing. Main level beds were too difficult to get into for elderly/shorter people.

Very nice cabin but could use an update on main floor bathroom. And please replace commode with higher ones. Could use more washcloths. We had to wash them every other day. Had plenty of towels

Overall, we liked the cabin very much. It was nice, well kept and met our expectations so thank you for providing such a nice place. I spoke with a Kim when we were leaving and I spoke to a couple others early on but cannot recall their names but everyone was very personable, helpful and nice. Great communication all the way around so thank you for that! There are a few things that I wanted to bring to your attention: 1) Unless we could not find the switches, there were no lights (or they were not working) out by the grill area. 2) The grill was extremely dirty (lots of black on grate even after we brushed it good). Might be worth making a note to future guests that they should wipe it down before using. 3) Shower curtain liner in the downstairs bathroom was pretty dirty and should be replaced. 4) On the directions, it only had directions from "Atlanta" but we were coming from Nashville. Since people come there from all over, maybe include one or two additional sets of directions. Also, it said to not use your GPS but since there were not any printed directions, we had to use ours and it got us there just fine. So that area on the information sheet could be updated. Again, overall it was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves.

The cabin is clean, easy to get to everything in town, and the game is awesome! The property 100% met our expectations - HECK YES!!!! My husband and I stayed in one of your cabins about 10 years ago. I remembered how nice and clean your cabins were then. Let me just see that it’s still worth to use your company. You did not disappoint

Our family's week-long vacation at Blue Jay Cabin was amazing and went by too quickly! This beautiful, 3-story cabin is extremely cozy, roomy, beautifully decorated, and is in a great location (5 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge). The kitchen was well stocked with ALL the essentials... plenty of coffee cups, place settings, pots/pans, cookie sheets, 2 crock pots, etc., for a large family. This was important and so helpful to me. The main balcony was a great spot to view the sunrise while drinking coffee in the rocking chairs or porch swing. Go to the top master balcony for the best view! The hot tub and pool/ping pong table were a lot of fun and were used daily. You will not be disappointed with this choice for a vacation home!

Had a wonderful time, the location was great as it was so close to town. The house was perfect for our needs. Had 4 couples and plenty of room. The views outstanding! Spent a lot of time on the porch. Awesome time!!

Everything was exactly as it was stated in the description. Southern Comfort Cabins employees were all very kind and courteous and check on us to see if everything was okay. It was absolutely wonderful and had all of the amenities. Furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well.

Blue Jay is a gorgeous cabin. Has all the comforts of home. We hosted a family dinner for 12 and we were able to accommodate everyone. Kitchen was perfect.

We loved our stay in Blue Jay cabin! Everything is included and you don't need to worry about bringing any amenities in the kitchen for sure. The fridge has been upgraded, as have the living room sofas, so everything is in great shape. There's plenty of space and amazing views from the decks. Lots of wildlife around so just keep your eyes out and make sure to watch for hummingbirds. We saw deer right on the road to the cabin. MountainTops is a beautiful community and is so close to downtown that it made everything super easy. Our cabin was so quiet and peaceful and we loved lounging in the hot tub in the mornings and nights.

: I have and will continue to tell my friend and family about the great accommodations we had while staying with Southern Comfort. We we will absolutely highly recommend this cabin to our family and friends the only true downside is a wish it had a little bit more of a mountain view but overall, this was a great cabin excellent area very quiet and will highly recommend it to family and friends. During our stay I communicated via text messages with the team so I really did not speak to any one individual but I can say that they were very professional helpful and assisted me in any manner that I needed resolved.. My wife and I wanted to go to a different area for our first vacation of the year and we had seen Blue Ridge Georgia on a TV show and fell in love with the area so we decided to look up cabins rent a cabin and go explore and enjoy Blue Ridge Georgia. The blue jay cabin was absolutely beautiful and I can tell you that the entire cabin was our favorite and we really enjoy the fireplace and the Decks that allowed us to spend time outside enjoying the environment.
