The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and plenty of seating — with room for 4–6 at the dining table, plus two breakfast bars for additional gathering space. The primary bedroom on this level features a king bed and a private en - suite with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower — perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of adventure.

Upstairs, two queen bedrooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill layout that includes two private vanities and a shared shower/tub and toilet space, offering convenience and privacy for guests. A cozy room with a full-size bed, TV, closet, and Connect 4 game provides the ultimate kids' hangout hideaway.

Downstairs, the terrace level offers hours of entertainment with a second living area, large TV, wood-burning fireplace, ping pong table, air hockey, and walk-out access to the private hot tub. A second king bedroom is located on this level and shares a full hall bathroom.

Step outside to enjoy two levels of outdoor living. The upper deck includes a gas fire table with comfortable seating — a perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine under the stars. Always pick up after your pets to avoid additional fees, and rest assured, should any mishaps occur, we kindly ask for your cooperation in covering any damages. Bringing an unauthorized dog, or exceeding the limit without owner permission, incurs a $300.00 fine, plus potential extra cleaning fees up to $200.00 for non-designated homes.
