The kitchen is a dream for home chefs, with a gas range, pot filler, walk-in pantry, and a large island perfect for breakfast chats or wine and charcuterie. Just off the kitchen, the dining space seats eight comfortably and opens onto a stunning partially screened-in deck with outdoor dining. Or enjoy the covered gas fireplace while overlooking the soaring views! Two ensuite bedrooms are also located on this level a king primary with spa-style bath and deck access, and a queen ensuite with a walk-in shower.

Head downstairs for even more space to unwind. The second living area features comfy seating, an air hockey table, a custom checkerboard, and a convenient kitchenette with bar seating, microwave, and refrigerator. This level also includes a king ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, a queen ensuite, and a bunk room with two twin beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. Just outside, the lower-level deck includes a screened-in hot tub, cornhole boards, and leads down to a beautiful stone fire pit where the views stretch for miles.

Keep in mind, some homes have size or weight restrictions, and for their safety, dogs should be crated when alone. While we may provide crates in certain properties, bringing your own is recommended. Always pick up after your pets to avoid additional fees, and rest assured, should any mishaps occur, we kindly ask for your cooperation in covering any damages. Bringing an unauthorized dog, or exceeding the limit without owner permission, incurs a $300.00 fine, plus potential extra cleaning fees up to $200.00 for non-designated homes.
