Hothouse Hideaway - Creekside Cabin Rental

Loved the cabin... Loved the water and outdoor fireplace. But the cabin is WAY out there and down a crazy road. Would make sure and tell anyone that they best be prepared to be WAY out in the middle of nowhere with no one around. 2 things we noticed could you some help.... 1. The grill burners need replacing 2. The hammock was really dirty and gross. I realize it would be hard to keep clean but it was gross looking. Shawn maybe....he came out to fix the fireplace and was very nice and knowledgeable about the Fannin County area. Tiffany was amazing at the office with assisting an early check in and getting someone to come fix the fireplace.

Would highly recommend this property to my friends and family. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job with the place. It was immaculate throughout. The cabin was well kept, and all of the features were in working order as described in the listing. Everything was easy to access and turn on. The outside had some leaves, but that is to be expected during the winter months. A blower would be a good addition to maybe clean up the outside space in between rentals. Guest services was great

Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals has amazing customer service; they actually care about their temporary residents. Making sure that every detail is the utmost. I will always use Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals. We have stayed at Hothouse Hideaway 2 times now. In 16 years of renting cabins, this is our most favorite one. The cabin is amazing! The highlights are the outdoor fireplace and porch, the hot tub and definitely the fishing! It is beautifully built and decorated. Very clean and comfortable. We slept very well on the comfortable mattress, even the first night. The cleanliness was impeccable. The cabin is stocked with plenty of items you would need. I had a hard time figuring out the can opener but we finally managed to get the cans opened. We love that there was a Keurig and a coffee pot.

We stayed at Hothouse Hideaway and it was absolutely beautiful. The location on the creek was perfection. The cabin itself is small, even for a family of 3. They could get rid of a couple peices of furniture, especially the side table in the living room. But it does not matter that much because you will want to be outside as much as possible! The pavilion with fireplace was THE BEST! If you chose this cabin. It was because of the creek, ans trust me it's worth it. You want to be outside as much as possible. We played in it, fished, and even caught a rainbow trout... and we are no fishing experts! It is som magical out there, and I did appreciate not feeling totally alone. There is a cabin right next door, but we still had plenty of privacy. It was so relaxing just sitting there watching and listening to the creek. There is a TV out there so the kids can put their shows on while you sit and relax to the sounds of the creek. We are already thinking about coming back there in the fall. I wish the outdoor Pavillion was screened in, that is the only downside. It was not as buggy as I would have expected for summer by a creek, but man some of those bugs were scary looking. And upon returning from the store I was bit on my face by something flying at me as soon as I got out of the car. I had a huge red bump on my face for about 2 hours, then it was gone. Be mindful that you are really in the woods out there. We saw 2 beautiful huge deer walking on the driveway. But the creek.... absolutely clear and beautiful. LOVED IT!

We highly enjoyed our stay! The property was quiet, clean and attention to detail was lovely! We were surprised and thankful for the extra touches like dish tabs, dish soap and sponges since we forgot to bring our own. The property was well maintained and high quality furniture was so nice and made our stay comfortable! The outdoor space was our favorite though! The covered outdoor fireplace with tV, hot tub and right on hothouse creek was amazing and peaceful. Its our new favorite cabin for sure!

We rented this cabin to celebrate our 38yr anniversary. It definitely did not disappoint. It was everything advertised and more. The outdoor area, waterfall and creek make this cabin a hidden gem! So serene! The hot tub is a great addition as well. You can relax in the hot tub and listen to the sounds of the water in the creek. The cabin is located about 15 mins from downtown Blue Ridge. So if you’re looking for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this cabin is the one you want to choose! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend to everyone!
