Deer Crossing - Luxury North Georgia Mountain View Cabin

We would rent from Southern Comfort Cabins again! Beautiful cabin, very good views from all the bedrooms and living room! Loved the space heaters on the porch, such a nice amenity that allowed us to be outside more often. The movie theater room was awesome and there was plenty of room for our family of 7 adults. Master bedroom was so nice and spacious and the rainfall shower was an extra bonus that added to our comfort. We saw deer every day around the property which was fun! More towels! The first few days we were sharing one hand towel per two people! There weren’t any extra towels to use after hot tub, and not enough washcloths. Southern Comfort did bring us the extra towels we needed, eventually. The master bedroom bed was uncomfortable and had areas that were sunken in, needs replacement. However, after 2 nights we got used it. The dishwasher in Deer Crossing was nearly impossible to figure out even after finding the instruction manual and watching YouTube videos. It was fancy and pretty but NOT at all user friendly. Maybe directions should be left for guests.

Every year we pick one of your cabins. We have never been disappointed. Each place has its own charm. Sorry we were unable to operate the dishwasher but everything else was better than expected.

This house was beautiful and very clean. The decor was very tasteful. There was Ample seating in all areas. The media room was so cool and we loved watching a movie with the surround sound and the theatre seating!! We played pool several times. We spent time on the back deck enjoying the Mountain View. Getting to the house was so easy and it’s close to Blue Ridge and McCaysville. Blairsville isn’t that far to go either. Also the parking area was roomy. Too many times we’ve gotten rentals only to find out when we arrived that the parking situation is bad. I can’t say enough good things about this house!

We fell in love with this house! There wasn’t anything about it that we didn’t like. The kitchen was very modern and fully stocked with everything you could need. There was ample seating in all areas. We really enjoyed the Mountain View from the back deck! We also spent time playing pool and watching a movie in the media room. There was plenty of room for 4 vehicles which we were grateful for. We would definitely book this house again!

You were in constant contact with me from start to finish and offered assistance whenever needed. The little starter kits were a very nice touch and necessary. In my opinion, this was no cabin. It was one big, beautiful home. The owners spared no expense; everything was on point! No one was crowded inside or out, plenty of space. After staying here, I don't think I could ever stay in a hotel again. This cabin provided every comfort of home, but better! The morning sunrises were amazing!! Not to mention the deer visiting every day.

This luxury cabin has everything plus more needed for an unforgettable vacation experience. The owners did not skimp on anything. From the high quality appliances to the ultra relaxing theater seating. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The bathroom exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. There was no need to interact with the guest services team. The layout of the cabin. My husband was so impressed with the refrigerator. Having the ability to dispense cold and hot water and measure the ounces was such a joy.

We had an incredible stay at Deer Crossing! The cabin was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and packed with thoughtful amenities. The three levels gave everyone plenty of room to spread out, and the layout was perfect for our group. We especially loved the outdoor spaces—from enjoying morning coffee on the deck with mountain views to relaxing in the hot tub and hanging out by the gas firepit in the evenings. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, and having a separate laundry room made our stay even more convenient. Each bedroom was cozy and comfortable, with plenty of privacy, and the multiple streaming TVs throughout the cabin were a hit with both the kids and adults. It was the perfect mix of luxury and rustic charm, and only minutes from town. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable mountain getaway!

I came here on a girls trip and it was the perfect destination! This cabin is a short ways from all the best wineries, the restaurants and shopping downtown, and a great place to just have a good time staying in. We had a movie night, were able to do some cooking, enjoyed the hot tub, played pool, and hit all the best wineries and spots in downtown blue ridge with ease. It was perfect for a girls trip, but would also be awesome for a family vacation or couples getaway. Highly recommend!
