An open concept floor plan greets you when stepping through the front door. The beautiful living room has a stone gas fireplace with large 55" Smart TV, sectional seating 5-6, large padded foot stool, 2 leather rocking chairs and deck access. You will find the king master bedroom on this level to the left of the living room. This bedroom boasts a 55" Smart TV, accent chair, private bathroom with large shower and double granite vanity. Just to the right of the entry way is your dining area seating 10 and fully equipped, all granite kitchen. Situated in the middle of the kitchen is a custom island with seating for three and wine cooler.

The upper level provides two bedrooms and a loft. The loft holds a queen size bed and a wonderful view of the mountains. The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, accent chair and private bathroom with single vanity and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet and private bathroom with single vanity, shower and mountain view windows.

The lower level open den is where the real fun begins with its stone gas fireplace, 70" Smart TV, pool table, Skee-ball and bar area! If you would like to take a rest from all the fun to be had on this level, it offers two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, 50” Smart TV, 2 accent chairs, closet, private bathroom with shower and double vanities. The other bedroom has a bunk bed, private bathroom with shower and single vanity. This level also has a full laundry room.

As you make you way outdoors be ready for some mountain relaxation. The entry level deck has a wood burning fireplace with seating for 5 and 55” Smart TV. The gas grill is right next to the outdoor dining table so that you get that “hot off the grill” service. Further down is a comfortable seating area for 5 and still further a quiet spot with 2 rocking chairs. The lower level deck has a 4-person hot tub, comfortable seating for 4 and 4 rocking chairs.

Please read our rental policy for our pet friendly homes, our dog friendly policy allows for up to (2) dogs in designated properties with a fee of $150.00 plus tax per dog. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests (including the furry ones), please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your dogs. Keep in mind, some homes have size or weight restrictions, and for their safety, dogs should be crated when alone. While we may provide crates in certain properties, bringing your own is recommended. Always pick up after your pets to avoid additional fees, and rest assured, should any mishaps occur, we kindly ask for your cooperation in covering any damages. Bringing an unauthorized dog, or exceeding the limit without owner permission, incurs a $300.00 fine, plus potential extra cleaning fees up to $200.00 for non-designated homes.
