Blue Ridge Cottage - Downtown Blue Ridge Cottage Rental

Love the options you all have, we do not like dealing with VRBO/airbnb, love that we can book directly with y'all and the discounts help too! Matter of fact, we only booked this trip because of the discounted night. Thank You! Our favorite place is Moonlight Retreat behind the Apple Orchard, and we would like to try Main on Main. Any discounts on them are welcomed! I'm a realtor and look at properties a lot different than most people, the house was very nice and clean, but obvious that dogs are often there...lots of scratches on the wood floors and door frames. The 3rd floor bedroom has a very uncomfortable mattress. Can you do toppers on mattress? Just a thought! The photos online show a couch in basement; they really need seating down there. Can they add a card/game table for others to play something on while others are playing pool? The sofa upstairs has lots of stains and we didn't feel comfortable sitting on it without a cover on it. Everything else was great. Thanks!

Perfect location and beautiful home to stay in! Perfect setup for a group or a few. The upstairs bedroom was wonderful and I really enjoyed staying there. The porches were truly one of the best parts of the stay. They provided group time for all or a private getaway if you needed. Looking forward to booking this home again! I was corresponding with Graycee through email and she was terrific. I didn’t ask if the extremely helpful lady at the office was the same person. But if they weren’t I was pleased with both!

Great stay in Blue Ridge. The home was as described and matched the photos provided. The host was attentive and easy to get in touch with. The home was very clean and well appointed. Great treat is the outdoor deck/seating area that is fully screened in to keep the bugs out. Important to know that there are a lot of stairs both inside and out. If you have been to the mountains, it will not come as a surprise. Location could not be any better for walking into town to restaurants and shopping. Overall, a very nice home and comfortable stay! Would surely stay again.

We have stayed in a number of cabins as we enjoy visiting Blue Ridge and we agree that the property was clean, customer service was 10 out of 10 and the property was described exactly how it was in person! I would be very confident in telling others to use your rental properties as they are described as is and very clean. All the amenities were fantastic.

Great location, just a short walk from shopping and popular restaurants. Tastefully decorated with a screened-in porch and modern appliances. Despite abutting a fairly busy road, the noise is minimal.

Although we didn’t need any assistance during our stay, I appreciated the call checking on how our first night went and if we needed anything. It was a lovely home. It was well equipped and was fun to be so close that we could walk into town. The property was very accurately portrayed on the rental site. I was happy that the stairs from the parking to the front door were not as daunting as I feared. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped so we could enjoy some easy meals at home. The beds were very comfortable. In spite of the traffic noise, the screened porch was a favorite feature. Sadly we didn’t have time for pool but I loved having that available. Being able to walk into town was delightful.

When we arrived in Blue Ridge to check in, we discovered a long steep stairway had to be negotiated from the parking area to the house. A very nice, helpful, representative of Southern Comfort was promptly on the scene, and she found another cabin, which was available and we enjoyed a very pleasant weekend in the Blue Ridge mountains .

Just recommended Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals to my sister. Any time we travel to Georgia, we will check with Southern Comfort first. Staff is friendly & wonderful to deal with. Loved it, exceptional. If we ever move, we'd look for a home like the Blue Ridge Cottage. Nice floor plan. All rooms were extremely comfortable, TV, internet was great. Ideal location for the town of Blue Ridge & surrounding area attractions.

This is a beautiful well-furnished home with just a 2 block walk to downtown. Just a few words of caution! if you have problem with steps, this is NOT the place for you. Even the first-floor entry requires you to traverse steep steps to the main entry. The master suite is also on the second floor, again requiring a staircase for access. The home has 3 balconies but unfortunately on a noisy highly traveled street, and no view. But, if steps are not a problem, and your goal is easy access to downtown, and you have a furry traveler with you, you will love this home. Hope this review is helpful.
