The open floor concept seamlessly flows through the gourmet kitchen and dining area making it the perfect space to entertain.  

The dining area features a table seating six, but don’t forget to step out onto the expansive entry level deck where you’ll find outdoor dining with a table for eight, a wood burning fireplace, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen area. This area provides the perfect ambiance for a warm summer evening under the stars, enjoying good company and favorite foods.  

The primary kitchen is any culinary lover's dream. The space offers a six-burner gas stove, a convection oven with air fry featuring a large island with three stools and a cocktail set. That’s not all, enjoy the separate butler’s pantry which provides additional kitchen appliances and storage space for groceries.  

VIP treatment for your furry companions! There is an entry level mudroom for your convenience, with a washer and dryer and easy access to a dog run ensuring they have space to run and let loose too! The fenced dog run with Astro Turf ensures your four-legged friends can safely enjoy the outdoors complete with a complimentary waste station added for your convenience. This lovely home also includes a paved driveway, with a basketball goal, creating space for a friendly game with family.

Please read our rental policy for our pet friendly homes, our dog friendly policy allows for up to (2) dogs in designated properties with a fee of $150.00 plus tax per dog. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests (including the furry ones), please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your dogs. Keep in mind, some homes have size or weight restrictions, and for their safety, dogs should be crated when alone. While we may provide crates in certain properties, bringing your own is recommended. Always pick up after your pets to avoid additional fees, and rest assured, should any mishaps occur, we kindly ask for your cooperation in covering any damages. Bringing an unauthorized dog, or exceeding the limit without owner permission, incurs a $300.00 fine, plus potential extra cleaning fees up to $200.00 for non-designated homes.
