There weren't a lot of pans available! Additionally, serving dishes and serving utensils would be great. I don't know their names, but everyone's responses were so helpful and timely. Really appreciate the communication!

The cabin was comfortable, and the view was great. Rugs could stand a good cleaning as they did smell a bit like dogs. Only other comment is minor but that toaster is a fire hazard and should be replaced. I’d be concerned about anyone leaving it plugged in

Probably the best AirB&B house/experience we have had. Everything was just perfect.. location, house, rooms, comfy beds, views, cleanliness (A huge one for me).. We had a little blurp with a Non flushing toilet, we contacted the team, they came out same day and repaired it..

We like the way the bed/bath set up gave each guest couple and our grandsons privacy, yet there was plenty of space to enjoy being together, cooking, games, etc. both inside and on the porches. We did not use the fireplaces but would love to if the weather were cooler. Many of our group enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table and dart board.

The management company sent clear complete directions and instructions. They respond almost immediately to any questions or concerns. They were great to work with. We had three family groups, including 11 people total, and the house layout was perfect for us. Each family had their own floor with bedrooms and bathrooms, the common areas were spacious, comfortable, well appointed. One highlight enjoyed by everyone was a nightly visit to our secure trash box by a Mama bear and 3 cubs who had no respect for the”security” aspect. I would recommend turning outside lights on before taking trash out after dusk.

The cabin far exceeded our expectations. The views were amazing and we were able to see fireworks all over the valley from the deck! I would highly recommend the service and this cabin to anyone who wanted to visit the area, we had a wonderful time!

This was a great trip with our pups . This location and home is very special . It is a beautiful home and we felt right at home . You never know what to expect when you rent on line, but this exceeded our expectations!! The staff is also very accommodating and friendly ! If you are looking for a quiet retreat and also have the option to explore great food and outdoor fun, I would highly recommend this beautiful cabin and town !! Location and home are beautiful! Fantastic location, gorgeous views, and beautiful homes. Love the style of each home and how well equip they come. Greatly appreciate that the down payment when booking is only $200. Its absolutely the best and main reason why i don't even look at renting from another company. Favorite feature was the main level outdoor patio areas. Loved the comfy seating & that there was enough for guests.

This cabin was stunning and accommodated my large group perfectly. We couldn't get the TV by the hot tub to work but had no problems with anything else. All the beds were super comfortable and the bunk beds are the highest quality build I've ever seen for bunks! You're close to neighbors on one side so it wasn't as remote as I'd hoped for, but the mountain views are stunning, the hot tub was hot!, the couches were cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We'd absolutely rent this beautiful home again! I've used Southern Comfort for many years and it's become my favorite cabin rental company available. There are some years where things aren't perfect, but overall, I've consistently had great customer service, great cabins, and great overall experiences. Better than with any other rental company I've used. So I always recommend your company to friends!
