We loved the company. We didn’t have any issues but never had anybody call us after our first night and ask us if everything was what we expected and it sure was!!

They are great people to deal with and make sure you have everything when you get there. I would recommend this cabin it is great but people should know that it's a 1 lane road for up and down. I had a 2500hd and it was tight to accommodate my vehicle but managed. Very charming and relaxing. Comfortable bed and has a hot tub.

We have stayed with Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals for the last several years. It's the only cabin rental company that we have used. Our cabins are always extremely clean and just what we are looking for. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have had a few issues with our code not working when we arrive over the last few years, but it was easily resolved with the after hours number.

Very easy booking, good communication and easy checkin/checkout process. Cabin was clean and comfortable. It was a perfect size for my daughter and I for her softball tournament in town. One level, cute kitchen and comfortable beds.

Overall it was a good experience. We had to call about our hot tub not working. The maintenance guy was great. Came out and got us fixed up. Loved the cabin. Great space and felt cozy and relaxed.

Traveller cabin was just right for my family. It had everything we needed and provided the relaxation we needed. My husband and I were celebrating our one year wedding anniversary and were seeking a quiet getaway. Traveller provided the perfect opportunity to escape from everything and enjoy the serene mountains, and was still within driving distance from fun activities that we wanted to do

Cabin was in great shape and exactly as pictured. It was so welcoming to enter the cabin to the sound of softly playing music and a roaring fireplace on the TV screen. Made me feel very special and very happy with my choice. Also, the team at Southern Comfort were so understanding and patient with us. Our trucks' battery died on the day we were to check out, and AAA told us that they didn't have trucks with battery charges in our area and wanted to tow our truck. Well being up in the mountains you can imagine that a tow would not have worked out very well at all. Luckily, we were able to find someone to help us get off that mountain ha ha ha. Much thanks and gratitude to Southern Comfort for your understanding of our situation. Because of the warm welcome, condition of the cabin, and your understanding, we will definitely rent from you all again. Many thanks!

I would recommend this cabin to anyone who is interested in getting away and relaxing in a beautiful mountain setting that feels like home. The cabin itself was clean, neat, well organized, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular!
