Immediately after entering this 3-bedroom home with studio and full bath, your eyes are drawn to the Toccoa River.  Visible through the floor to ceiling windows in the enclosed sunroom, you’ll be happy with your choice to call this Dream cabin, home.
After meal preparation, in the fully equipped kitchen, you'll have multiple seating options overlooking the Toccoa River while dining. The cozy living room with wraparound sectional is the ideal location to wind down after a day filled exploring the mountains and river. Enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace while you tell stories of the day’s adventure.
For the competitors in the family, a foosball table waits for you in the lower level. Easy access to the oversized deck and hot tub are waiting for those who want to enjoy the sounds of the mini rapids of the Toccoa River below a little bit longer. When the time comes to dream the night away, a king bedroom with twin bunkbeds, queen bedroom and master bedroom with gas fireplace and study await you. For that special couple in the group, the private studio with kitchenette and full bath is across the way to the left of the deck.
The oversized deck boasts a grilling station, stand alone heater, open and covered seating all with views & sounds of the Toccoa River. Be sure to enjoy the spiral staircase leading from the lower-level deck to the entry level sunroom.
Whether you are returning from another trip to Blue Ridge or a first time visitor, you are sure to find your Dream vacation at River Dream Lodge.

A fully-equipped kitchen for preparing and serving meals.
We suggest Guest(s) bring personal grooming items, grocery items, specialty items and any unique or important items vital to your vacation.
PARKING:
Parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
We allow visitors at our properties until 10pm each night. After 10pm there is a maximum of cars allowed per listing above.
QUIET TIME:
Please keep your noise to a minimum inside and outside the home from 10PM to 8AM. Outdoor fireplaces, fire pits, games and hot tubs included. Sound can travel a long way in mountains and may disturb unseen neighbors.
