Lay all of your cares at the front steps and imagine spending a day on beautiful Blue Ridge Lake; parking your boat or jet ski at your own private dock and resting around the lake-side fire pit while watching the sun set over the lake!
As you pull up to the house, you soon realize that you’ll never want to leave. When walking through the front door, you’re greeted with an open floor plan hosting a stone wood burning fireplace and floor to ceiling window views of Blue Ridge Lake. A view of the lake will be yours through any room at the back of the house.
Wake in the morning on the king bed and soak in the beautiful views of the lake while enjoying your morning coffee or stroll down to the outside patio and breathe in the fresh lake air. On rainy days, you can still enjoy views of Blue Ridge Lake from its two covered decks.
If you like to fish, Blue Ridge Lake is known for bluefish, perch, trout and whitefish. So, feel free to bring your fishing poles, boats and prepare for early morning sunrises or late-night bass tournaments to reel in all this gorgeous location has to offer. When dinner time comes, cook your fresh catch of the day on the large gas grill located on the back patio overlooking the lake.
Load your kayaks, canoes, jet skis, pontoons, and head to the Smoky Mountains to enjoy all that Blue Ridge Lake has to offer. The outdoor area will surely be the focus point of your vacation. Offering a private boat dock, gas grill, firepit area and a hot tub; this will surely be the highlight of your stay!

PROVIDED ITEMS:
Clean linens - Two towels (body, hand, washcloth) per person will be left out for use.
Start-up supply of paper products, trash bags, soaps, and basic cleaners.
A fully-equipped kitchen for preparing and serving meals.
We suggest Guest(s) bring personal grooming items, grocery items, specialty items and any unique or important items vital to your vacation.
QUIET TIME:
Please keep your noise to a minimum inside and outside the home from 10PM to 8AM. Outdoor fireplaces, fire pits, games and hot tubs included. Sound can travel a long way in mountains and may disturb unseen neighbors.
TRASH:
Please know all trash must be bagged and placed in the trash cans or bins made available at the property. If trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the Manager’s office. Also, if you fill trash cans beyond capacity during your stay, it is your responsibility to remove additional trash and dispose at a local reciprocal trash station.
IMPORTANT:
Guest Rental Agreement must be signed prior to occupancy.
