This modern custom home sleeps 12 guests and has built-in bunks for children of all ages. The Master King suite, located on the entry level, features a Smart TV, full bath that includes dual vanities, a signature tub and separate shower enclosed in custom tile and glass. The entry level guest room contains a queen size bed and Smart TV.

The lower level features a guest room which contains a Smart TV and queen size bunk beds. There is also a shared bathroom. As you continue down the hallway you will come upon a unique bedroom that has two queen size bunk beds and a large glass door opening up to the lower-level deck. As you wake in the morning, enjoy your sunrise mountain views from the coziness of each bed.

Each deck has its’ own wood burning fireplace and back rest benches with the lower deck having its’ own porch swing. The entry level deck will find you grilling your favorite dish as friends and family sit around the bench table enjoying afternoon views of the Cohutta Mountains. The lower-level deck is the place to be come evening time for the whole gang. The serving bar and seating provides the space you’ll need for those late-night movies along with the refreshing hot tub.

HOUSE RULES:

QUIET TIME:

• Please keep your noise to a minimum inside and outside the home from 10PM to 8AM. Outdoor fireplaces, fire pits, games and hot tubs included. Sound can travel a long way in mountains and may disturb unseen neighbors.

TRASH and LITTER:

• Please know all trash must be bagged and placed in the trash cans or bins made available at the property. If trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the Manager’s office. Also, if you fill trash cans beyond capacity during your stay, it is your responsibility to remove additional trash and dispose at a local reciprocal trash station.
