Entry Level boasts a solid pine great room with a stone wood burning fireplace and dining area looking out over layers of mountains. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances is where you will be able to prepare a feast for all to enjoy. Or step out onto the deck for the gas grill and put your BBQ skills to work while looking out over the soaring mountain views. Also on the entry level is a full bedroom and bathroom.

When you don’t think you can get any higher, venture upstairs and enjoy the incomparable views from the private balcony off the upper-level master bedroom. Also found on the upper level is a shared full bathroom and second private bedroom.

After taking in the fantastic views, challenge the competition to a game on the ping pong table or arcade system on the lower level. Your friends and family can cheer you on from the comfortable sitting room also on the lower level. Custom bunk beds are found right next to the game room.

Come outside for a soak in the hot tub while disappearing into relaxation and quiet. After you watch the sunset from the many deck seating options, roast some marshmallows and talk about the days adventures around the firepit.

• A fully-equipped kitchen for preparing and serving meals.
• We suggest Guest(s) bring personal grooming items, grocery items, specialty items and any unique or important items vital to your vacation.

HOUSE RULES:

• Please keep your noise to a minimum inside and outside the home from 10PM to 8AM. Outdoor fireplaces, fire pits, games and hot tubs included. Sound can travel a long way in mountains and may disturb unseen neighbors.

TRASH:

• Please know all trash must be bagged and placed in the trash cans or bins made available at the property. If trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the Manager’s office. Also, if you fill trash cans beyond capacity during your stay, it is your responsibility to remove additional trash and dispose at a local reciprocal trash station.
