Description

Welcome to Hemptown Hideaway, true hide away with its meandering creek and nature sounds. Love travelling with your four legged companions but hate having to crate them?  You are in luck, with a sprawling fenced in back yard you can feel at ease allowing your pets to roam freely while visiting the restaurants and shops of downtown Blue Ridge, only 15 minutes away.

Pulling up to the property you will be greeted with luscious shady trees and sounds of nature. Entering the cabin, you’ll have the opportunity to drop off your groceries right away in the kitchen before sitting down at the dining table for that evening meal around a cozy fireplace. When you’re finished with that meal or mid-night snack saunter out to the deck or mosey down to the fire pit with creek side deck and enjoy a lazy, mind relaxing time.

The living room holds a large sectional seating 7 as it faces a stone wood burning fire place with 50” TV above the mantle. Directly off of the living room is a gated “doggie play area” with its own balcony overlooking the backyard and creek. Also off the living room is a queen size bedroom, shared bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. On the opposite entry level side of the cabin is another queen size bedroom, 33” TV with deck access. You’ll also find a large shared bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Moving upstairs you’ll enter a large loft with 2 queen beds and office workspace. Off the loft is the master bedroom with king size bed, 55” TV, electric fire place, dresser and large closet. Private bathroom with single vanity and shower. Next to the closet is also a laundry room.

Any time of day you can enjoy the ¾ wrap around deck with its rocking chairs, gas grill and outdoor furniture seating. With the fenced in back yard, your dog can play to their heart’s content while you enjoy the fire pit overlooking Hemptown Creek and/or the creek-side dock with additional seating.

  • A fully-equipped kitchen for preparing and serving meals.
  • We suggest Guest(s) bring personal grooming items, grocery items, specialty items and any unique or important items vital to your vacation.

QUIET TIME:
  • Please keep your noise to a minimum inside and outside the home from 10PM to 8AM. Outdoor fireplaces, fire pits, games and hot tubs included. Sound can travel a long way in mountains and may disturb unseen neighbors.

TRASH:
  • Please know all trash must be bagged and placed in the trash cans or bins made available at the property. If trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the Manager’s office. Also, if you fill trash cans beyond capacity during your stay, it is your responsibility to remove additional trash and dispose at a local reciprocal trash station.
