IT'S ALL RIGHT HERE... The perfect cabin rental near Fall Branch Falls - 15 minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge shopping and restaurants. Bella Vista offers total privacy, a beautiful setting combining close in and long-range mountain views, with all the amenities you`re looking for!

Walking into Bella Vista you will find soaring vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows framing a beautiful mountain view. The prow front floor plan offers a large great room that encompasses a large sitting area with sectional sofa, gas log fireplace with flat panel TV Blue-ray DVD player and dining area. the dining area features a large sawmill style log table with seating for 6 and additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar top. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances!

Accommodations and three bedroom sleeping arrangements include a king bed on the upper level with private covered mountain view balcony, queen bed on the entry level and queen bed on the lower level. Each room has its own bathroom. The lower level offers indoor entertainment with a large a game room and sitting area with pool table and sofa with flat panel TV.

Outdoor living is private and perfect at Bella Vista. The entry-level covered porches include wood burning stacked stone fireplace and gas grill. The lower level deck offers a hot tub.

 Dog-Friendly Cabin:  This cabin welcomes your furry family members with open arms! Up to 2 dogs can enjoy the vacation alongside you, making for unforgettable memories. Our pet fee helps us maintain the comfort and cleanliness of our cabins for everyone to enjoy, and we are excited to welcome!

Please read our rental policy for our pet friendly homes, our dog friendly policy allows for up to (2) dogs in designated properties with a fee of $150.00 plus tax per dog. Keep in mind, some homes have size or weight restrictions, and for their safety, dogs should be crated when alone. While we may provide crates in certain properties, bringing your own is recommended. We had a totally lovely stay in Bella Vista. We were lucky enough to have spectacular weather every single day, enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the deck, luxuriated before both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and relaxed in the hot tub. It was a most-appreciated break during this difficult time. We were even lucky enough to see a herd of deer near the cabin!

So beautiful! This is our second trip through Southern Comfort and its always a wonderful time. We are already thinking about our next trip! Bella Vista was perfect for two couples, there was enough space that you could enjoy solitude and company, depending on your mood. You couldnt beat the views and privacy!

We love the Blue Ridge area. Excellent restaurants (although we missed Treo) and plenty of outdoor activities available. We so needed to "get away" from all the Covid-19 SIP orders (we live in South Carolina). We were extremely impressed with the way the Blue Ridge and Ellijay areas continued to follow the CDC guidelines even as the area was reopening for business. We sincerely appreciated the attention to having a CLEAN and sanitized home.
