There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Every bedroom is on the back of the house with its own patio.  Imagine waking up every morning to stunning mountain views!  Additionally, every bedroom has a King size bed, it’s own bathroom and a flat panel TV no smaller than 43”.

Top of the line amenities includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The fully equipped kitchen welcomes you, offering everything you could possibly need for a vacation feast.  The adjacent dining area has a beautiful hand made table large enough to seat 10 and is perfect for enjoying dinner while looking out toward the sky and mountains.

No expenses spared to make this home the ultimate in luxury lodging. Every room in the house offers brand new and plush furnishings. Experience only the finest of lazy days in the entry level living room, complete with a fireplace and a 65" Flat Panel TV. Of course, it's perfectly acceptable if you just want to lay around on the furniture and read a book or stare at the mountains.

The entry level also offers 2 king bedrooms; The Master King Bedroom has a 49" Flat Panel TV, private fireplace and an attached bathroom with a stunning and natural feeling stone shower with double shower heads. On the opposite side of the entry-level, find another King Bedroom with a 43" Flat Panel TV and deck access. Just across the hall from this bedroom, find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. But don't worry about privacy, as this level also offers a half bathroom.

The lower level of this extraordinary abode is just as incredible and truly awesome as the entry level. Boasting two more bedrooms, it's safe to say that everyone will feel like royalty in their own space. The staff was top notch from start to finish. There was a small problem with one of the showers before we arrived. The staff called to notify us immediately and let us know what actions were being taken to remedy it. It was a minor issue that did not inconvenience us in the least. Everyone we spoke to or saw was extremely helpful and nice. They made it their goal to make sure we were happy and taken care of.
Holy cow! This cabin was amazing and was perfect for our family during Spring Break. The views alone are amazing and worth every penny you'd spend on the rental. The cabin itself is huge, but still cozy enough that you don't feel completed separated from the others you're traveling with. There was more than enough for our kids (17,14,11 years old) to occupy themselves with and actually disconnect a little from all the electronics. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, peaceful, relaxing get-a-way. We loved it so much we've already booked it again for next year!

The only person we encountered, really, was the person who came to clean... and she was super friendly...
This cabin is amazing - it has everything you can ask for - high-end finishing touches throughout, big screens, pool/shuffleboard/video game machine, hot tub, AMAZING vistas, comfortable beds and couches, huge bathrooms, and so much open room to wonder... I've already shared it with my family and church friends (for retreats). Can't wait to go back!!

This cabin is so much more than a cabin. More of a luxury retreat-lodge. Plenty of room for a big group. The leather sectional comfortably seats something like 12 people. Plenty of bathrooms, bedding, pillows, towels, dishes etc. Nice and clean. Beds are super comfy. The views are stunning. Even has an outdoor fireplace. 5 stars all around!

I made the reservation via phone, the person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Check in was super easy, the staff explained everything and left nothing out, also very friendly.
Honestly, there is no reason other than getting groceries, to leave this cabin, as it has everything you need to stay entertained.

Sky's the Limit was an amazing cabin. Perfect for all 11 of us. Had many extras that all cabins do not usually have. ( Spices, oil, sugar, cooking pots and pans, bowls, ALL the conveniences of home. EVERYONE commented about the comfort of the beds. ZZZZZZZ No expense was spared in this place, will definitely be back.

Everyone I spoke with and dealt with from your company was professional and extremely helpful.
The property was even better than the pictures described it. The views alone from the back of the house are worth the stay. You could stay there the whole time and never be bored.




  • Clean linens - Two towels (body, hand, washcloth) per person will be left out for use.

  • Start-up supply of paper products, trash bags, soaps and basic cleaners.

  • Fully equipped kitchen for preparing and serving meals.

  • We suggest Guest(s) bring personal grooming items, grocery items, specialty items and any unique or important items vital to your vacation.


Quiet Time: 
Please keep your noise to a minimum inside and outside the home from 10PM to 8AM. Outdoor fireplaces, fire pits, games and hot tubs included. Sound can travel a long way in mountains and may disturb unseen neighbors.

Trash and Litter: 
Please know all trash must be bagged and placed in the trash cans or bins made available at the property. If trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the Manager’s office. Also, if you fill trash cans beyond capacity during your stay, it is your responsibility to remove additional trash and dispose at a local reciprocal trash station.

Blue Ridge and Fannin County have made some changes to the tax rates.
  • Effective November 1, 2020: City of Blue Ridge Excise Tax increases from 5% to 8%
  • Effective January 1, 2021: Fannin County Lodging Tax increases from 5% to 6%
Please note that regardless of when you booked your stay, if your reservation occurs either on, during or after the increase date above the new tax rate will be applied. Therefore, your tax rates will change from the initial rate when you reserved your cabin to the new tax rate listed above.

Highest Standard Cleaning Policy

Here are some of the steps we take between each visit to ensure your home will be sanitized, clean and disinfected:
  • All of our in-house cleaning staff wears gloves and face covers while in our properties
  • All hard surfaces and high touched areas are cleaned with household disinfectant including doorknobs, handles, toilets and faucet knobs, light switches, handrails, remote controls, lock boxes, electronics, thermostats, game areas, furniture, kitchen cabinets and refrigerators, etc.
  • Hot tubs are ALWAYS completely drained, filled and sanitized with bromine.
  • All bed and bathroom linens professionally laundered and installed with care
  • Our cabins include hand soap, dish soap and other approved household disinfectants for your use
  • Self Check-ins and Check-out so there is no need to come to our office during your stay

We ask our Guests to consider the following:

  • As you consider best practices for social distancing and guidelines for groups, please limit your group size to total occupancy of the property.
  • As some supplies are still limited, we ask that you come prepared with all supplies, paper products, face masks, medicine, food/drinks needed for the length of your stay
  • As you plan your stay, we ask that if you have been sick or have been in contact with someone that has been sick that you postpone your stay. We have a flexible rescheduling policy to make booking your next stay easy.
  • As you plan your time here in Blue Ridge, we suggest limiting the number of people shopping at one time to avoid overcrowding.
