I have lost count other number of times Ive rented with Southern Comfort Cabinn rentals. Every experience has been positive, and the staff is excellent to work with. I had to rebook this one and the representative was very accommodating and helpful. Professional and polite service. I also really like the selection of cabins. .

Jacie I met through telephone conversations. She was very on the fore front of finding the cabin that suited my criteria. Each time we spoke, she was cheerful, helpful and truly concerned about our stay in BR. I really enjoyed working with Jacie, as did my Uncle that lives in BR.
Hope-we met upon ck n. And even though it was close to 2:00 when the office was about to close for a meeting, April14,2022, Hope took her time to greet us, and go on the computer to post a late ck out for us.

You can see the lake from the upstairs bedroom, just beautiful. The house and everything included was very nice, comfortable and convenient.
We will definitely use Southern Comfort rentals again.

Wonderful experience. Very professional, friendly, attentive staff. Everything was fantastic. Special thanks to Sophia who was so helpful in getting us a selection of cabins to choose from and answering all of our questions, as well as making the reservation process a breeze.
As stated above Sophia was wonderful! I am not sure of the young lady's name that checked us in but she was really nice and went over all of the do's and don'ts. Suzie was apparently the housekeeping person, we did not meet her, but the cabin was very clean and all necessities were in place!

We really enjoyed it and do look forward to coming back very soon! The cabin is lovely! It's in a great location and is very nice. HAs everything you can possibly want or need! We chose this cabin because of the view which is stunning. It is so quiet and peaceful. We spent 3 days 2 nights there and were as rested as if we had been there a week!
