TVA Lake Blue Ridge Operating Guide

This luxurious lake front home awaits your family and friends arrival. Beautiful and elegant you will feel like you have walked in to a dream! From the open feeling of the great room to large formal dining area you will ample space for entertaining and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped and accommodating. Offering a large bar with gas cooktop and kitchen seating for 4-6 people. Just off the kitchen you will find a screened and covered porch and a large open deck overlooking the level back yard, hot tub area, and lake blue ridge. Also on the entry level you will find the laundry room, half bath, and bedroom with a full size bed, screened porch access, TV, and private bathroom.

Moving upstairs you will find two large suites. The Master suite offers a king size bed, wood burning fire place, TV, Screened porch, and sitting area. The master bathroom is "unbelievable!" as one guest exclaimed after a recent visit. Featuring two separate vanity areas and an atrium style bathing area with large garden tub and walk-in shower. This is a must see. The second suite offers a queen size bed, access to a screened in porch, TV, and private bathroom.

The lower level of Dream Scapes is perfect for entertaining with a large recreation room, 42 Inch TV, Pool table, dart board, and lower deck access to Hot tub, walk way to Lake Blue Ridge, and plenty of outdoor seating. The level back yard is great for kids of all ages. There is also a trampoline and tree house available to keep the kids imaginations going and outside when the weather is nice. PLEASE NOTE: These two amenities should be used at your own risk and kids should be monitored at all times. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom available on the lower level. Bedroom one offers a queen size bed and a small sofa. Bedroom two has a set of twin beds. There is a large hall and sitting area with a large desk and computer. The computer is available for internet access (slow) or you can connect wireless with your own computer.
